Evident aligns business unit structure

Evident was established as a standalone company in April 2023, comprising the former Scientific Solutions business of Olympus, marking a significant milestone in the development of the new company.
Building on its proven track record of innovation in imaging, instrumentation and measurement solutions, it has announced a reorganisation of its internal structure into two business units to combine its competencies in key technologies:
- Micro Imaging Solutions includes all microscopy solutions for both life science and materials science applications.
- Test and Measurement encompasses its ultrasound, X-ray fluorescence, eddy current, phased array and remote visual inspection technologies for industrial inspection, maintenance and quality control applications.
It is believed that this realignment will strengthen its innovation leadership in microscopy and measurement solutions and allow Evident to leverage synergies in research and development and other capabilities to develop cutting-edge products, services and solutions that best meet its customers’ expectations and needs.
