MAINTEC 2012 to showcase the very latest in maintenance technology

16/02/2012

Now in its 37th year, easyFairs MAINTEC – the only UK show dedicated to the industrial maintenance and asset management sectors – returns to Birmingham’s NEC from 28 February to 1 March 2012, to showcase the very latest technologies in the sector.

The 2012 show will once again play host to all the major players within the sector, such as Fluke (UK) Ltd, Idhammer Systems Ltd and Panasonic UK Ltd, as well as smaller growing companies, such as 2011 debutants Business Development Strategic Maintenance Ltd.

Exciting additions have also been added to easyFairs MAINTEC 2012. In particular, a new hazardous goods event called ‘HAZEX’ will be taking place, to reflect the growing responsibilities of maintenance professionals and the growing concerns and tighter legislation over plants’ health and safety.

The show also has the support of key sector organisations, including the British Compressed Air Society, The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing, the Institution of Diagnostic Engineers, Institute of Asset Management, the Facilities Management Association, United Kingdom Thermography Association and The Institute of Engineering and Technology.

For the busy maintenance professional, MAINTEC 2012 is truly a one-stop shop. Show focus areas include pumps and valves, tools, compressed air and industrial cleaning, to name but a few.

There’s a packed learnShops™ programme, free to attend, practical, action-orientated and inspiring seminars and additional show features will take place during the three days, including the Lions’ Lair, The Job Shop, Grand Prix Fastest Lap and much more.
