Over the course of the past year, the leadership team of IMechE Argyll Ruane and IMechE Fife NDT Ltd has been diligently working on a series of organisational improvements aimed at fostering the growth of its non-destructive testing (NDT) and coatings services.
These improvements have included the streamlining of processes, honing the structure and enhancing communication and efficiency. By doing so, it has successfully brought its two organisations closer together to function as a cohesive unit rather than separate entities.
