Sonomatic has announced the launch of its new joint venture in Brazil: Fototerra Sonomatic. This partnership marks a strategic move in one of the most promising oil & gas markets in the world, enabling the delivery of comprehensive inspection services throughout Brazil.
The collaboration with Fototerra, a veteran in Brazil’s oil & gas sector with over 30 years of expertise in subsea data processing and analysis, photogrammetry and 3D modelling, brings essential local insight and credibility that is crucial for market development.
With Brazil’s energy market poised to become one of the largest globally, Fototerra Sonomatic is fully equipped with a dedicated operational base and technical support workshop in Macaé, a commercial office presence in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo and a Research and Development unit in Salvador.
