BIS Salamis announces appointment of new Inspection Manager

International services provider BIS Salamis has announced the appointment of Ian Drummond as Inspection Manager. Ian (29) joined the company in early March 2007 and brings a wealth of technical knowledge and an extensive track record in managing and growing NDT & Inspection business.Prior to joining BIS Salamis, Ian spent 12 years with RBG Limited with responsibility for technical management and business development globally. Ian has held a variety of senior posts predominantly dealing within the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
In his new role, Ian is developing the overall strategy plan for the BIS Salamis Inspection Division, including managing the horizontal growth of the service to ensure continued provision of top-end specialist services. In addition to this, customer focus and communications and workforce development will be key priorities for Ian going forward.
