Colin Robinson celebrating 35 years with EM&I

EM&I is celebrating Colin Robinson’s 35th anniversary with the company.
After its founder Danny Constantinis, Colin is the longest-serving member of the EM&I family. His journey is more than just a story of longevity, it is one of loyalty, leadership and lasting impact. Over the past three and a half decades, Colin has helped shape EM&I into the global company it is today.
He joined EM&I in 1990, bringing with him a wealth of experience in inspection and integrity management. Since then, he has taken on some of the company’s most complex and critical projects, always with expert knowledge and a deep commitment to excellence.
From the UK to China, Canada and Australia, Colin has lived and worked across the world, holding key leadership roles and helping to expand EM&I’s footprint internationally. Whether serving as Branch Manager or leading integrity efforts on floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) assets, his contributions have been instrumental to the company’s success.
Beyond his technical expertise, what truly sets Colin apart is his calm leadership, his mentorship of younger professionals and his unwavering dedication to doing things the right way. He embodies the values the company holds dear at EM&I.
