Magnaflux has launched the ZA-800, a cutting-edge solution for fast and reliable penetrant testing.
The ZA-800 delivers a high-performance, integrated inspection process designed to handle components up to 750 mm × 750 mm × 700 mm. Its multi-station configuration and modular construction offer unmatched flexibility, allowing for simple tank additions tailored to specific operational needs.
Engineered for versatility, the ZA-800 can be operated from either the left or right side. In a straight-line set-up, it functions as a manual unit or integrates seamlessly with a linear robot for automated applications. For facilities with limited space, the system can be arranged in ‘U’ or ‘L’ configurations, adapting to the layout without compromising performance.
Conforming with most required testing specifications, the ZA-800 incorporates all the necessary equipment for fluorescent penetrant testing. Modules 1-6 are manufactured from stainless steel and measure 800 mm square.
