RBG appoints Slattery as COO

RBG Limited ('RBG'), the life-of-field integrated services contractor to the international oil, gas and petrochemicals industry, announces the appointment of Tadg Slattery as Chief Operating Officer.

In this newly created role, Tadg reports to RBG’s Chief Executive Officer Doug Sedge and has responsibility for managing the needs and deliverables of all operations activities. Reporting to Tadg are the directors of RBG's International, Marine Services, Specialist Services, Engineering Support Services, Fabrication & Inspection and Energy Resources divisions. 

Tadg is a well-known personality in the oil and gas industry, having spent 30 years in a series of management roles. In 1976, Tadg came to Aberdeen to join AOC International, where he subsequently became Managing Director. Following the purchase of AOC by Brown & Root, he became Vice-President in charge of the merged organisations. He spent the last two ye
ars as KBR's Senior Vice-President in charge of their business in Algeria.  
 
Doug Sedge, RBG's Chief Executive Officer, said: "As RBG progresses
