IMechE Argyll Ruane offers new 'money-back guarantee'

23/06/2022

IMechE Argyll Ruane and IMechE Fife NDT are now offering a no-quibble ‘money-back guarantee’. This new initiative means that students attending a non-destructive testing (NDT) training course at IMechE Argyll Ruane in Sheffield or IMechE Fife NDT in Scotland are now able to request 100% of their money back should they be dissatisfied with the level of service provided during their time at one of the company’s training centres.

IMechE Argyll Ruane has been a leading provider of NDT training, examination and consultancy services for over
35 years. Over the past five years, there have been significant changes implemented across all areas of the business to further improve the student learning experience and these changes have flowed into the new IMechE Fife NDT branch in Dunfermline, which opened in July 2021.

In addition to developing the culture within the organisation, there have been investments in new training equipment, new staff (including technical, customer service and examinations support staff), staff training, student breakout areas, new processes and systems.

Chris Kirby, General Manager, said: “We have dedicated our time and energy to implement significant changes over the past five years to improve the student learning experience. “We have a superb team of technical, customer service and examinations support staff, who all work hard to guarantee the best possible student experience and this is reflected in the fantastic student feedback we receive. We are incredibly proud of the journey we have taken to get where we are today and we now wish to further underline our leadership in NDT training by giving our customers full confidence in the quality of our service through a money-back guarantee.”
When visiting the IMechE training schools, students can expect their training to be provided by a team of first-class trainers with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, a relaxed, stress-free training environment, to fully understand the subject and feel confident in taking their exam and to leave feeling competent they can apply the knowledge learned in the field.

“We want students to feel fully supported during their time with us. If they have a problem, we will work with them to resolve it, whether it is help with completing application forms, access to additional training support or advice on where the best place to get a pint is! Whatever it takes, we are here to support the student,” concluded Chris.
