ETher NDE happy with MT

The SigmaCheck is the company’s new hand-held conductivity meter. Simple and lightweight, it received a warm response at the exhibition. As anticipated, this product is set to offer the market a new inspector-led outlook on conductivity measurement that ETher believes the customer base has been waiting for. It will be ready to officially launch in mid-November, although orders are already being placed.
Despite the tight deadline for Materials Testing 2011, the prototype of the new ETi, ETher NDE’s dual-channel multi-frequency instrument, was available to show at Telford. The exhibition offered a great platform for the ETi and for ETher NDE to get its first round of feedback on this high-end eddy current flaw detector. The positive comments have enhanced the company’s belief in this new and exciting product, whilst also allowing ETher engineers to assimilate customer input prior to the commencement of production.
As for the show, ETher NDE hosted an extremely busy stand, strategically offering complimentary biscuits as their stand was very near the coffee station! Clearly, it all paid off, as ETher NDE reported that the exhibition had been a great success, with Managing Director John Hansen nearly losing his voice from talking so much!
Just one week later and it was back on the road for another exhibition, this time as part of the ATA (American Transport Association) Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina. This exhibit was a smaller affair than Materials Testing, but nonetheless productive. With over twenty airlines and leading airframe, MROs and engine manufacturers sending delegates, the show proved to be another huge success. ETher NDE also hosted a hospitality suite, which around sixty delegates took the time to visit over the two evenings of the exhibition.
