PCB Piezotronics (PCB) has introduced its new Endevco Model 2775C piezoelectric (PE)/integrated electronics piezoelectric (IEPE) signal conditioner. This single-channel low-noise high-gain signal conditioner is designed for use with charge output PE and voltage output IEPE sensors. It is highly configurable, allowing it the flexibility to be used with a wide variety of sensors.

Model 2775C features alternating current (AC), direct current (DC) and servo outputs, PE, IEPE and in-line remote charge converter (RCC) inputs, configurable filtering (low-pass, high-pass or band-pass), programmable integration (acceleration, velocity or displacement outputs), switchable isolation and Ethernet/web interface control.

Three standard outputs are provided: an AC output voltage proportional to charge input, with a maximum ±40 mA current output to drive large capacitive loads; a DC output voltage of 10 VDC full scale for driving X-Y plotters or recorders; and a servo output that provides a DC output proportional to the vibration output level. The AC and DC outputs have a maximum gain of 10,000. The servo output has a fixed mV/pC output with a maximum gain of 1000.

Model 2775C can be used in environmental test laboratories, aerospace engine test cells, calibration systems and general vibration laboratory testing.
