TSC Subsea champions future talent with investment in UWTSD engineering apprenticeships

TSC Subsea has welcomed Joshua Ludlow and Lucas Kenny, two promising young engineers who have recently joined its team in Swansea as Tooling Technicians. Both aged 18, Joshua and Lucas are embarking on exciting career journeys, combining hands-on industry experience with academic study through a degree apprenticeship in mechanical engineering at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD).As a global leader in subsea non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection services, TSC Subsea is committed to developing the next generation of engineering talent. The company’s investment in apprenticeships reflects its dedication to strengthening the future workforce and supporting the wider engineering skills pipeline.
The degree apprenticeship programme enables apprentices to gain a university qualification while acquiring practical skills and experience in a real-world engineering environment. Joshua and Lucas have already demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment and TSC Subsea is excited to support their growth as they progress in both their studies and careers.
