Technology Design at NDT 2013 Conference and Materials Testing Exhibition

The British Institute of NDT’s 52nd Annual Conference combined with the Materials Testing exhibition was held at The International Centre in Telford, UK.This BINDT event was a premier gathering of NDT specialists and suppliers for three days of exhibition, discussion and learning.
Technology Design’s Mark Nel delivered a presentation on the manufacturer’s perspective of ongoing service to the customer. The down-to-earth principles and insights of the presentation struck a chord with many present and were echoed in the excellent talk by Gail Long of Testrade. Mark’s presentation also generated some extra interest, not only in TD’s products, but also in its excellent customer service, supply and quality. Many clients have reported their frustration with long lead times and calibrations from their current suppliers. Technology Design endeavours to offer an expedited service across the board as standard.
