Highland OS Group has announced that Dean McShea has been appointed as its new Operations Coordinator.
With a growing number of contracts across different geographies and industry sectors, the company has created this new role to continuously enhance its trademark high standards of customer service.
As Operations Coordinator, Dean’s responsibilities include liaising closely with clients, quoting work scopes and providing technical back-up to offshore teams, as well as supporting recruitment, logistical and quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) teams.
A well-known figure within the industry, Dean brings over 30 years of operational and managerial experience across offshore/inshore inspection and rope access services. Having embarked on his career as an offshore rope access technician, Dean progressed rapidly to senior management positions across inspection and rope access disciplines.
