An NDT Technician is sought on a temporary basis to support a large new project.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking for a short-term position with a prestigious blue-chip employer.The role:
- Carry out daily checks for ink concentration, magnet strength, etc
- Carry out ultraviolet magnetic particle inspection using a Y6 magnetic yoke
- Carry out magnetic particle inspection
- Record any findings on the company’s internal computer system.
Qualifications:
- PCN Level 2 magnetic particle inspection qualification is essential
- Experience using a Y6 magnetic yoke
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to achieve daily targets
- Quick learner
- Able to work well within a team
- IT literate.
