QHSE Manager

• Lead and manage the QHSE function across the manufacturing operation
• Maintain and develop the ISO 9001 quality management system
• Work closely with the production, engineering and product development teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide technical support relating to welding, fabrication and manufacturing processes
• Oversee quality inspection and testing activities, including supplier and internal audits
• Support product and process improvement initiatives across the business
• Promote a strong health, safety and environmental culture across the site.

Candidate requirements:

• Strong background in manufacturing or heavy engineering environments
• Experience with welding, fabrication and flux-based processes
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems
• Exposure to manufacturing engineering and product development
• Non-destructive testing (NDT) knowledge or experience would be beneficial
• Metallurgical training or understanding would be highly advantageous
• Proven experience leading or mentoring quality personnel.

• Monday-Thursday: 7.00 am-3.45 pm and Friday: 6.00 am-1.00 pm.
