In the report, the results of the design and application of the number of new X-ray television systems type «the X-ray screen ‒ optics ‒ CCD-(CMOS-) sensor» through various kinds of application are given. Projecting a visual image from the X-ray shield on the CCD-(CMOS-) sensor occurs with the help of the optical system consisting of a fast lens and a mirror, which rotates the image 90°. Effective monocrystal shields on the basis of iodide of caesium CsI(Tl) and powdered shields on a basis of oxysulphide gadolinium Gd2O2S(Tb) are applied as the X-ray shields in developed X-ray television systems. For the transformation of a visual image into a signal, high-sensitivity CCD and CMOS sensors sized from 1/3" to 1/1,2" by “Sony” and “ON Semiconductor” are used. Developed X-ray television systems have various sizes of a working field and provide relative control sensitivity of 1-1,5%, resolution from 3 to 5,5 pairs lin./mm. In the report results of non-destructive testing of various products (welded joints, casting, pipelines, composite materials, etc) are given.
