Proceq UK Ltd
Stand A1
Established in 1995, Proceq will be using Materials Testing 2017 to market its ranges of portable metal hardness testers, thickness gauges and flaw detectors.
A highlight of the display will be a demonstration of the latest addition to Proceq’s portable hardness range, the UCI (ultrasonic contact impedance) probe with the Equotip 550 touchscreen unit and UT devices such as the Zonotip and Proceq Flaw Detector 100 using phased array and ToFD, enabling users/operators to test the hardness and integrity of metals on site in demanding environments. Applications include general component inspection, pipeline welds, complex geometries, forging and castings corrosion mapping and on-site thickness gauging.
Bedford-based Proceq also offers demonstrations on demand, seminars and training and a top-of-the-range service and warranty package to match Proceq’s Swiss quality brand.
