Apprenticeships – The NDT project and preparing for the end-point assessment

Whilst there is plenty of guidance on the administration and management of the Trailblazer NDT apprenticeship scheme, this presentation will set out to share experience gained by the speaker’s organisation in structuring the NDT technician apprenticeship programme over the three year term to meet both the employers and apprenticeship/end-point assessment requirements.
It is hoped that attendees will be able to consider some of the ideas and initiatives presented and incorporate into their programme structure to enhance their own apprenticeship objectives.
