Established in 1958, Sonatest Ltd will be using Materials Testing 2019 to market its range of ultrasonic digital flaw detectors, phased array equipment, specialised products and solutions, thickness gauges, wheel probes, transducers, X-ray film and other NDT accessories.
A highlight of the display will be a demonstration of the fast, integrated and portable RSflite Composite Solution, which the company claims is the optimal inspection ultrasonic NDT solution for the composite industry, enabling users to acoustically see through complex carbon fibre material parts and create complete inspection maps. Comprehensive volumetric integrity reports can be generated and supported by imaging reports that are as easy to interpret as traditional X-ray.
Based at its head office in Milton Keynes, Sonatest specialises in the design, development and manufacture of ultrasonic digital flaw detectors. It also creates bespoke NDT solutions on request.
