The spectral analysis of qubit representations demonstrates significant capabilities in analysing the oculomotor activity of the operators of complex technical systems when various relevant diagnostic tasks in condition monitoring are solved. Hidden gaze movement periodicities during the operator activity observation are determined by means of the spectral analysis in question to clarify the subject behaviour structure. Entanglement by measuring, quantitatively estimating the fit for a closed quantum system and observations to identify qubit representation parameters, and the specialised spectral metric for comparing patterns of system behaviours, are among the features of the given approach. The method of identifying differences in gaze trajectories of aircraft pilots in performing various types of flight manoeuvre is employed to demonstrate the benefits of the proposed technique.
