In order to ensure high-quality maintenance of machinery at production facilities, it is a common practice to use AI systems for maintenance shops providing condition monitoring of machinery after the maintenance, as well as newly commissioned assemblies. The main assembly, the quality of which has the greatest impact on machinery condition, is a bearing. To ensure the good quality of the bearings installed at machinery during the maintenance and repair, bench AI systems are used. All purchased bearings go through these systems, thus ensuring a guaranteed high quality of maintenance and repair. An important parameter of the bearing bench test is the applied load rates. It is shown that reliable condition monitoring of a bearing requires supervision and support of the set applied load rates.
