  Make a presentation at the conference
Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work at the conference.

  Write a paper
All papers that are submitted will be subject to peer review by members of the International Scientific Advisory Committee. All approved papers will appear in the conference proceedings. Papers will be published only upon receiving the full registration fee and a signed copyright form (provided by BINDT upon acceptance of full paper) before 26 May 2023.

The conference proceedings will be indexed by Scopus and contributing authors should allow at least 12 months after the event has taken place for papers to appear on the database.

Selected papers may be published in BINDT's international journal Insight or other leading international journals. Papers related to 'case studies' may be published in BINDT’s international newsletter, Condition Monitor.

  Structured and Industrial Sessions
Brief proposals for structured sessions and expert panel sessions should be submitted by recognised professionals. Proposals should include a title, author(s), organising author's CV and brief abstract.

Brief proposals for 'World leading sessions' should be submitted by leading representatives of major trade associations, institutions, corporations and consortiums.

Substantial discounts in registration fees are available for organisers of structured sessions. Organisers will be acknowledged in all materials (ie proceedings, website, call for papers and announcements), which will be distributed worldwide. Organisers of structured sessions will be awarded the opportunity to present a 'specialised keynote address' at the beginning of the session.
