Following the success of last year’s first-ever Charity Auction, which was held during the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT)’s Annual Conference Dinner and raised over £1,500 for the BINDT Benevolent Fund, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be doing it all again this year!Last year’s auction featured unique non-destructive testing (NDT)-themed artwork generously donated by Lavender International NDT Consultancy Services Ltd and it proved to be a real highlight of the evening, bringing energy and a sense of community to the Conference Dinner. Most importantly, it raised valuable funds to support individuals in our industry when they need it most.
This year, we want to go even further – and we need your help.
We’re reaching out to ask for any donations (large or small) that could be auctioned off at this year’s event. Whether it’s an item of interest, a company-branded experience, a service or something a little out of the ordinary, we are eager to hear from you.
All proceeds from the auction will go directly to the BINDT Benevolent Fund, which supports NDT, CM and SHM professionals facing hardship. Your donation will help us raise even more and show just how strong the bonds are within our community.
