ShawCor acquires X-Tek Industrial

Company renamed Shaw Inspection SystemsGlobal energy services company ShawCor Ltd has acquired X-Tek Industrial Limited from X-Tek Systems Limited in the United Kingdom. The company has been renamed Shaw Inspection Systems Limited.
Shaw Inspection Systems offers a complete range of X-ray equipment designed to meet specific customer requirements including both the hardware and specialised software for a broad range of inspection applications. The company offers a broad range of X-ray equipment specifically designed to eliminate the need to use X-ray film while speeding up inspection processes technologies.
Based in Great Yarmouth, United Kingdom, the company has dedicated research and development capabilities. Its systems and services address extensive and diverse requirements in a wide range of industries including aerospace, military, nuclear and pipeline as well as materials, power, security, pharmaceuticals and medical.
Shaw Inspection Systems is an established leader in the development of specialised real-time digital non-destructive testing systems.
