BINDT-approved aerospace sector thermography courses

Aerospace Inspection Training Ltd has extended its capabilities to include a BINDT-approved thermography course. The course is conducted by a dedicated EN4179 Level 3 Instructor and supported by an ASNT NDT Level 3 examiner and consultant, allowing both EN4179 and ASNT Level 1 and 2 examinations to be offered. The eight day, 60 hour training course includes both theoretical and practical applications of thermographic inspection for a wide range of aircraft components and structures. The course is offered at Aerospace Inspection Training Ltd’s dedicated training facility, but can also be offered on-site at customers’ facilities throughout the world.
This most recent expansion of the services Aerospace Inspection Training Ltd is able to provide includes an increase in the number of instructors to seven, and the number of Level 3 examiners and aerospace NDT consultants to eight. This enables continuing support to the increasing demand for on-site training, certification and Level 3 services using its Outside Agency Services accreditation.
