NDT Inspector

A motivated and detail-focused NDT Inspector is sought to support product quality and compliance within a Nadcap-accredited aerospace environment.

The successful candidate will carry out dye penetrant testing (PT) and macro examination on aerospace components, ensuring compliance with AS9100, Nadcap and original equipment manufacturer standards (for example Rolls-Royce, GE Aerospace, Lycoming Engines). The role offers the opportunity to develop further non-destructive testing (NDT) skills (magnetic particle testing (MT), ultrasonic testing (UT)) as the business grows.

Key experience:

• PCN or EN 4179 Level 2 penetrant testing certification
• Experience with dye penetrant testing in manufacturing
• Practical macro examination experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality documentation skills.

Desirable experience:

• Experience with major aerospace original equipment manufacturer  specifications
• Additional NDT qualifications
• Metal finishing, foundry or forging background.

This is a day-only role (no shifts) within a high-integrity, safety-critical environment offering technical development and long-term progression.
