An opportunity has arisen for a skilled NDT Technician – Level 2 to join a well-established engineering team in the aerospace industry. As part of a growing company, the successful candidate will work closely with senior technicians and the Materials Manager to deliver high-quality non-destructive testing (NDT) in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities:

Perform NDT tasks in compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all NDT-related documentation
Support NDT operations at remote locations as needed
Coordinate with engineering teams to complete tasks on time and within budget
Continuously assess and improve NDT procedures for efficiency and safety.

Skills and experience:

Previous NDT experience in aerospace, automotive, aviation or similar high-value manufacturing (essential)
Certified to PCN/AERO, BS EN ISO 9712 or EN 4179 Level 2 in eddy current (EC) and ultrasonic testing (UT) (other disciplines beneficial, but not essential)
Strong understanding of products and regulatory requirements
Ability to be security clearance compliant with UK/ITAR regulations.
